“Sam and I specialize in acquisition and re-positioning of underperforming "boutique"
apartment assets in Phoenix MSA. We adopt an opportunistic view that a few really good
opportunities are better than a pipeline full of mediocre ones. We prioritize safety, never
jeopardize our standards of underwriting, and are deliberate in the execution of our set-forth business plan."

“We invest in up and coming areas of Phoenix. Many people don’t realize this, but Phoenix is
actually the fifth largest city in the country, and has some of the best fundamentals for
multifamily. It’s the second fastest growing city in the country, which means developers can’t
keep up with demand. Rent growth is also the second fastest in the country. On top of all of
that, Phoenix is one of the most affordable places to live. While the average renter spends at
least 30% of their income on rent, Phoenix is in the low 20’s. ”
